Privacy & data use
When you sign up, we collect the details you enter — your name, work email, business name, region, supply-chain role, and the willingness options you select. We use them solely to send updates about the Section 201 lamb safeguard process and how to take part, on the basis of the consent you give at sign-up. Your details are held in the initiative's own secure store, are not sold or shared with third parties for their own use, and are kept only for as long as you remain subscribed. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your details, or unsubscribe, at any time via contact@protectlambsupply.org.
Consent
Sign-up requires an explicit, un-pre-ticked opt-in. Every update we send includes a one-click unsubscribe, and withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. We do not use your details for any purpose beyond the updates described above without asking you again first.
Disclosure
Protect Lamb Supply is an initiative of American lamb-supply-chain businesses, supported by industry partners including AMIC and MLA — see the transparency note above. This site presents the initiative's point of view; it is advocacy content, not neutral research, and nothing on it is legal advice.
Accessibility
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA and welcome reports of any barrier you encounter.
